Terms of Service and Acknowledgement
By registering for and using Easy EMI Locker, the retailer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- Responsible Use: The retailer is solely responsible for how they use the Easy EMI Locker platform and its services, including any device management, locking, tracking, or other actions performed through the system.
- Misuse of the Service: Easy EMI Locker shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, dispute, claim, or legal consequence resulting from the retailer's misuse, unauthorized use, or improper use of the platform or its services.
- Customer Responsibility: The retailer is responsible for obtaining any necessary consent, authorization, and legal permission from their customers before using Easy EMI Locker services on a customer's device.
- Application or Security Modification: Easy EMI Locker shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, malfunction, data loss, or other consequences resulting from attempts to modify, bypass, tamper with, reverse engineer, disable, break, or otherwise interfere with the application, security mechanisms, or related services.
- Service Availability: While we aim to provide a reliable service, Easy EMI Locker does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
- Policy Updates: Easy EMI Locker may update these Terms & Conditions and policies when necessary. Continued use of the platform after an update may require acknowledgement of the updated terms.
