- Information we collect: Account details supplied at registration — name, mobile number, shop or company name, and optional email — together with records of activity such as sign-ins, plan purchases, and payment submissions.
- How it is used: To operate your account, verify your mobile number, process credit purchases, provide support, and send service notifications by SMS.
- Device data: Information relating to devices you manage is processed on your instruction. You are responsible for holding the consent described in the Terms of Service before enrolling a customer's device.
- Sharing: We do not sell your information. It is shared only with service providers needed to operate the platform, such as the SMS gateway, and where required by law.
- Retention: Account and transaction records are kept for as long as your account is active and for any period afterwards required for legal or accounting purposes.
